The sixth Roundtable on the Future of Lawyer Hiring, Development, and Advancement was held June 8, 2011. The discussion continued a focus on Adjusting to the New Normal. Key discussion points for participating industry leaders included changes in lawyer and law student recruiting, hiring, retention, development, and selection over the last couple of years and projected trends for the future. Among the other topics discussed was the impact of recent changes in lawyer hiring and development on diversity in the legal profession.
