Law Schools - NALP Research
NALP Directory of Law Schools
This NALP Directory of Law Schools provides the information recruitment professionals need to plan for on-campus interviewing and to interpret student resumes. (Pre-law students will find The Official Guide to ABA-Approved Law Schools, listed below, more useful than this directory designed for recruiters.) Through 2009, this directory was published annually in both hard copy and online format. For the future, the directory will be published online only, but new editions will continue to go online each year (generally in April). The online edition not only provides all of the information included in past print editions but also allows users to search on a variety of factors. It is available at www.nalplawschoolsonline.org.
The Official Guide to ABA-Approved Law Schools ABA/LSAC, annual. This guide features not only individual profiles of schools but also a series of charts that allow recruiters or pre-law students to compare enrollment demographics or employment statistics of law schools at a glance.
The website of the ABA Section on Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar (http://www.abanet.org/legaled) includes links for ABA approved law schools that can be accessed in multiple ways - through an alphabetical list, a list by location (featuring a clickable map), lists of private and public law schools, and/or a list by date of ABA accreditation. Links to law schools can also be found on NALP's site under Professional Resources > Links > Member Law Schools and on the site of the Association of American Law Schools (www.aals.org).

Random House, 2001.
