Law Student Professional Development Section

Increasingly, law school career services staff are taking responsibility for providing professional development training to prepare students for the practice of law in today’s legal settings. The Law Student Professional Development Section is for NALP members with an interest in these renewed efforts to educate law students about professional standards of behavior required for the practice of law. This section will provide members with a resource for sharing innovative means of educating and working with law students.

The Lawyer Professional Development Section is for NALP members with an interest in or responsibility for a law firm’s professional development programming.

Professional Development Institute

The annual Professional Development Institute delivers timely and substantive topics for all involved in lawyer training and professional development.
