Election of Officers and Directors
The 2022-2023 NALP Nominating Committee is pleased to announce the slate of Officers and Directors for the 2023-2024 NALP Board of Directors. This year's Nominating Committee was charged with slating candidates for the following Board positions: President-Elect, Vice-President for Finance, and five At-Large Directors. In accordance with NALP's Bylaws, election of the slate of Officers (President-Elect, Vice-President for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and Vice-President for Member Services and Education) and Directors will take place electronically from March 9-23, 2023. Each law school member and legal employer member organization — including associate branch offices — is entitled to one vote.

In accordance with NALP's Bylaws, each law school and legal employer member organization — including associate branch offices — is entitled to one vote in the election of Regional Representatives, Conference Planning Coordinators, and Nominating Committee Members. This vote is vested in each organization's primary representative.
Primary representatives will receive an e-mail with voting information on Thursday, March 9, providing a link to a ballot and announcing the opening of the online voting period that will run March 9-23, 2023.
Run-off elections will be conducted as needed following this initial period of voting. Final election results will be announced at the Annual Education Conference if not before.
