The Small & Mid-Sized Law Firm Interest Group was created for NALP members who are in the recruiting, PD, DEI, and other professional departments in small to mid-size law firms who seek to collaborate with similarly situated colleagues for purposes of networking, professional development, sharing resources, and discussing current events and trends as they pertain to and affect small to mid-sized firms.
