A roundtable on The
Intersection Between Pro Bono and Professional Development on January 31,
2013, brought together leaders from law schools, law firms, corporations, and
nonprofit organizations for a wide-ranging discussion of how the legal
community might best address two needs: the need for more pro bono legal work
and the need for law students and new lawyers to gain more real-world legal
experience. Read the full transcript (PDF). Read a NALP Bulletin article about the Roundtable (PDF).
