Trans Day of Visibility
March 31, 2022
On March 31, NALP celebrates International Transgender Day of Visibility, celebrating transgender and non-binary people around the world and in our community. Transgender, non-binary and gender non-conforming individuals have always been with us but they are now increasingly openly bringing their talents to the legal profession. The NALP Non-Binary Task Force has been pleased to help NALP work with an ever-increasing number of openly non-binary attorneys. We also recognize the ongoing discrimination and violence faced by transgender and non-binary people worldwide, especially trans women of color and Black trans women. If you would like more resources on non-binary people in the legal profession, please see our Non-Binary Resources page.
