Professional Development Institute (PDI)
The Professional Development Institute is NALP’s conference focused on lawyer and law student development. In 2026 PDI will be December 3-4 at the Conrad Hotel in Washington, DC. Click here for the current prospectus.

Entry Level and Lateral Recruiting Summit
The 2027 Entry Level and Lateral Summits will be January 20-21, 2027 at Fordham Law School. The Entry Level Summit focusing on the recruiting process of first year associates, while the Lateral Summit focuses on partner and associate recruiting.
