Thank you for agreeing to speak at the 2025 Professional Development Institute. The 2025 Professional Development Institute will take place December 4-5, 2025 at The Conrad Hotel in Washington, DC.
In order to ensure that your program runs as smoothly as possible, please read the guidelines below and submit the necessary response forms by the deadlines indicated. If you have any questions please contact Meaghan Hagner at mhagner@nalp.org or (202) 835-1001.
Please note the following deadlines:
August 8- Final session description text due for conference brochure, signed Speaker Letter of Agreement and Speaker Biographies/Headshots are due. If
you need to make changes please send those ASAP to to mhagner@nalp.org.
November 7- Written materials (handouts) due. Handouts are mandatory for all sessions, please see Handout Guidelines if you have questions.
A NALP PowerPoint Template for your use (optional) is available here.
Room Set-up: The session rooms will be set in theatre seating to accommodate as many attendees as possible. Please plan your session material accordingly.
