Thank you for speaking at the 2025 NALP Annual Education Conference April 8-11, 2025 at the Huntington Convention Center in Cleveland, OH!
In order to ensure that your program runs as smoothly as possible, please read the guidelines below and submit the necessary response forms by the deadlines indicated. If you have any questions, please contact Meaghan Hagner at mhagner@nalp.org or 202-835-1001.

Final session description text for conference brochure due Speaker Agreement Form due:

Speaker biographies & headshots due for the registration site. If you have changes to make or additional speaker bios to send, please do so by the deadline. |
| March 21 |
Written materials (handouts) due for the conference app. Handouts are mandatory for all sessions. Please see the Handout Guidelines if you have questions. An optional NALP PowerPoint template will be available shortly. |
IMPORTANT: please bring your presentation with you on a flash drive to Cleveland! We will have laptops in the session room for your use.
