During 2019, the US Supreme Court heard oral arguments in the cases of Altitude Express, Inc. v. Zarda, Bostock v. Clayton County, GA and Harris Funeral Homes v. EEOC. All these cases have as their central issue whether or not protections under Title VII should be extended to LGBTQ employees.The Court’s decisions are expected sometime in mid-2020. This webinar discusses how the Court's decisions could affect law firms and law schools, by making it critical to ensure that language identifying "sexual orientation, gender identity and expression" as protected groups is included in their non-discrimination policies.
