Proposal Process is Open for NALPnext 2018

At the 2018 Annual Education Conference in South Florida, NALP will host its own version of TED Talks – NALPnext Talks! NALP members will have an opportunity to present short, engaging talks of not more than 10 minutes on ideas worth sharing about innovations in legal career services, legal recruiting, legal professional development, and/or diversity and inclusion in the legal profession. This is an opportunity for you to share your insight about a innovative program, plan, or idea. Some will be presented live and others will be recorded for later viewing.

What are you and your colleagues doing to innovate during this time of rapid change in the profession? Share your best innovative practices with your colleagues! NALP invites you to submit a proposal for a short TED Talk-style 10 minute presentation. Four of the best proposals will be selected to present live during the conference, at a session scheduled for 1:45 pm on Thursday, April 26.

To be considered for participation in this innovative program, you must complete this short online proposal form. In addition to the formal proposal, you are also encouraged to make a video of your talk! Set up your iPhone or your Samsung and give it a whirl! Videos may be uploaded here.
